KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Jamaica Football Federation (JFF) is urging Jamaicans to throw their support behind the Reggae Girlz as they prepare to kick off their 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifying campaign next week.

“As we look ahead for what is to come for our senior men’s national team (the Reggae Boyz), let us not forget that our senior women’s national team will need our support as they look to secure a third World Cup berth,” JFF said.

The team will face Dominica on Saturday, November 29 at the Darren Sammy Cricket Stadium in St Lucia.

The senior women’s team will face Nicaragua in Managua on March 2, 2026, before hosting Antigua and Barbuda and Guyana on April 10 and April 18, respectively, on home soil.

The group winner will advance to the 2026 Concacaf W Championship, which is slated for November 2026. The venue is set to be announced at a later date.

In the Concacaf W Championship, the teams will play a single-elimination tournament consisting of quarter-finals, play-ins (between the losers of the quarter-finals), semi-finals, a third-place match and a final.

The competition will qualify four Concacaf teams for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in Brazil, while two teams will advance to the inter-confederation play-offs.

In addition, two teams will qualify for the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
