Masicka’s new EP Her Name is Love to be released on December 19

KINGSTON, Jamaica—Dancehall star Masicka is set to release his new EP titled Her Name is Love via Def Jam Recordings on December 19.

The project is the follow up to his 2023 opus Generation of Kings, which landed at #2 on the Billboard Reggae Albums chart.

Masicka’s 2021 album 438, also debuted at #2 on the Billboard chart, while his 2018 Start From The Grung failed to chart.

Keys, a track featured on Her Name is Love, served as the first release and topped the YouTube Trending and Magnum Top Twenty charts a few weeks ago. The song has so far racked up more than one million Spotify Streams.

The EP is described as a celebration of women, desire and relationships.
