Integrity Commission submits four investigation reports and rulings to Parliament

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The Integrity Commission on Friday submitted to Parliament, four reports of investigation, together with associated indicative rulings from the Commission’s Director of Corruption Prosecution.

Indicating that it anticipates that the reports, and the associated indicative rulings, will be tabled in both Houses of Parliament as soon as possible, the commission says the documents were formally received and signed for at the Parliament at 11:15 am Friday.

Hard copies of the reports were submitted in separate envelopes, under cover of identical letters, addressed to Juliet Holness, speaker of the House of Representatives, Tom Tavares-Finson, president of the Senate and clerk to the Houses of Parliament, Colleen Lowe,

The indicative rulings were also similarly addressed and submitted in separate envelopes alongside a USB flash drive, with PDF electronic copies of all documentation submitted.

The commission said the four reports are in addition to another investigation report it submitted to Parliament on March 30.
