Two persons of interest nabbed
THE St Catherine North Police have arrested two of the five men who they recently listed as persons of interest.
“What we can say is that the men were held during a series of curfews imposed in St Catherine,” Superintendent Anthony Castel, head of that police division told the Observer.
Castel declined to disclose the names of the men held but has warned that the search continues for the other men who remain at large.
The police recently named the men as Renard Harrison, otherwise called ‘Rodrick, of March Pen; Kishaun Miller, otherwise called ‘Gizzada’, of Port Henderson Road; Rohan Dwight Hope, otherwise called ‘Placka’, of Ellerslie Pen; Everton Minott, otherwise called ‘Rado’, of Tawes Pen; and Fitzroy Mathias, otherwise called ‘Scuffler’, of Mount Industry, Glengoffe, all in St Catherine.
They are said to frequent communities in Spanish Town and its environs.
The other men are being asked to turn themselves in at the Spanish Town police station immediately.
Persons knowing the whereabouts of the men are being asked to contact the Spanish Town police, Kingfish at 811, Crime Stop at 311, police 119 emergency number, or the nearest police station.
