Stone Love for Baltimore lll

Jamaica’s number one sound, Stone Love will tonight entertain patrons aboard the popular Baltimore Patriot III, when it sails from Pier One at 10:00 pm.

During the two-hour cruise Kangol International and Pieces music will share the bill with Stone Love.

Deejays Karim, Billy Slaughter, Bill Cosby and Chico will add flavour to the event.

Vibes party continues at the Brewery

The popular Saturday night vibes party continues tonight at the Brewery in Montego Bay.

Tonight’s show will feature Delano and the Crew of Renaissance disco.

Admission is $300 and the fun starts at 10:00 pm.

As a part of its 12th anniversary celebrations Hot 102 FM will broadcast its Cheryl Thompson Show live from the venue.

Veteran lives on

In what is being described as the biggest show in Montego Bay since Reggae Sumfest, Sonny Ranking Promotions will next Saturday present ‘Veteran Lives On’ at the Caribbean Beach Park, Ironshore.

Irie FM’s Big ‘A’ will do emcee duties at the show which will have the likes of Admiral Bailey, Little John, Leroy Sibbles, Frankie Paul, Sugar Minott, John Holt, Ken Boothe, and Marcia Griffiths.

Lloyd Parkes and We the People Band will provide the backing music for the artistes, while Soul Faith and Ticka will play during the intermission.

North Trelawny all schools jam

Plans are now in high gear for the inaugural staging of the Northern Trelawny all schools jam, scheduled to take place on December 8 at the Club Xclusive, at Bounty Hall in Trelawny.

Three schools in the region are down to perform at the show. They are Muschette High, Cedric Titus High and William Knibb Memorial High.

According to organiser of the event, Jaslin Williams, the proceeds from the show will go towards providing much needed equipment to the participating schools.

Activities for the day will include drama, singing and dancing.

Guest artistes who are expected to perform at the event are Quenchade, Mad Allen, Lt Elmo and the Night Mare Crew.

Action Force and Triple X discos will provide the music.
