THE police said yesterday that it was seeking the public’s assistance is locating four men on its most wanted list.

They are:

* Joel Andem, 19, also known as “Bald Head”, “Lean Head”, and “Joe” of 11 Miles Bull Bay, St Andrew. He is wanted for murder, several counts of robbery, kidnapping and rape. He is of dark complexion, stout build, has big eyes and is about 191 centimetres (6ft 3ins) tall.

Andem, the police said, frequents Hermitage, Land Lease in Papine, Gordon Town and Mavis Bank, Kingston 7 and is believed to be armed and dangerous.

* Donovan Bennett, 38, otherwise called “Bulbie” of 1 King Street, Spanish Town, St Catherine. He is wanted for murder and several counts of extortion. He is of dark complexion, with oval face, narrow head, thick eyebrows, broad nose and a scar on the forehead. Bennett frequents Passagefort, Lakes Pen, Waterford and Del Vega City in St Catherine.

* Andrew Meade, 37, otherwise called “Dread” of Delacree Lane, Kingston 11 wanted for a double murder committed at Delacree Lane. He is of dark complexion, medium build, 172.72 centimetres (5ft 8ins) tall and sports a dreadlocks hairstyle. He regularly visits Payne Avenue and Spanish Town Road in Kingston.

* Kemarr Jarrett, 20, otherwise called “Natty Patch” of McGregor Gully, Kingston 3, wanted for several counts of shooting, rape and murder. He is of dark complexion, medium build and about 172 centimetres (5ft 8 ins) tall. Jarrett is known to frequent Franklyn Town and McIntyre Villa in the Kingston 16 area.

Anyone knowing the whereabouts of any of these men is being asked to call Crime Stop at 927-5000, the Crime Management Centre at 978-4109, 119 or the nearest police station.
