Hamilton’s Smoke House Deli opening Saturday
Attendees of the annual Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards would be more than familiar with Hamilton’s Smoke House, manufacturers and distributors of quality smoked meats and deli products. The more on Hamilton’s is that they have recently added a deli, all in a bid to satisfy their local clientele. “We supply,” shares Managing Director Christopher Hamilton “a lot of the north coast hotels with our smoked meats and yes, quite a few supermarkets too, but this deli will have what the supermarkets don’t have.”
No idle boast, for Hamilton’s Deli offers apple sage sausage, English bangers, sweet Italian sausages, peppered bacon, bacon with jerk spice, spiced bacon, chocolates by the pound from Chocolate Dreams, and breads from Jing-Shi and Sunrise Bakery.
It doesn’t stop there, and here’s where Thursday Food would really like to applaud Hamilton’s Deli. They’ve taken on board exhibitors from The Table Talk Food Awards, and so beside fabulous wines by Caribbean Producers and Lascelles there are Busha Browne, Walkerswood and Belcour Preserves.
“We’ve only just begun,” continues Hamilton. “On any given day there’ll be 15-20 different types of sausages available for consumers to enjoy and we’ll also have our sausage of the week. Platters are also being readied for the festive season.”
Celebrate with Hamilton’s Smoke House the opening of their deli on Saturday, October 8 from 10:00 am-7:00 pm at 11 Sandringham Avenue, Kingston 10. There’ll be lots of goodies to sample and to purchase.
