All Comers meet set for GC Foster College
The third in a series of Jamaica Amateur Athletics Association’s (JAAA) All Comers meet takes place today at the GC Foster College in Spanish Town.
The meet, which is being staged in conjunction with the GC Foster College, will see athletes from most of the island’s top track and field clubs and high schools participating.
The organisers have indicated that the 100 and 1,500 metres will be the only track events due to the inclement weather, that has been affecting the nation since Thursday.
The All Comers meets are organised by the JAAA to provide local athletes with the opportunity to stay fit and race sharpe ahead of the National Junior and Senior trials, which will be staged in the coming weeks.
