St Thomas FA hosts workshop today
The St Thomas Football Association, in its aims to reform football in the parish, will host a strategic planning workshop today at the Social Development Commission (SDC) Springfield, Morant Bay.
Activities are scheduled to begin at 9:00 am and are expected to continue to 5:00 pm.
Presentations are expected to made by local stakeholder, plus contributions from outside the parish. Among those down for participation are representatives of the Jamaica Football Federation, the Eastern Confederation, JFRC, Sponsors, The Jamaica Antidoping Commission, the Police and NYCD
The local stakeholders will include clubs, schools, corner league organisers, coaches, referees and the exectutive of the St Thomas FA.
The workshop, to be facilitated by SDC, aims at establishing a strategic plan for the development of football for the next 3-5 years in the parish.
