Ailing Zsa Zsa Gabor is rushed back to hospital

Hollywood legend Zsa Zsa Gabor is back in hospital after an emergency call from her husband. The 93-year-old had complained of flu-like symptoms and body pain but it is believed that her condition is not life threatening. Her husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt, told TMZ: “I just called an ambulance. She has to go back to the UCLA (Medical Centre).”

The prince added that the former actress was unresponsive and clearly in distress. However, the website reported that she was rushed to hospital in an ambulance without emergency lights flashing — an indication that her life is not in immediate danger. The Hungarian-born socialite has been resting after returning home to her Bel Air mansion from hospital two weeks ago where a priest gave her the last rites. She spent last month in hospital following hip replacement surgery after falling out of bed in July. “Her health has been up and down ever since, she and her husband decided against more surgery, she wanted to spend her final days at home,” said her publicist John Blanchette. The former beauty queen suffered two blood clots following the hip surgery. She needed several hours more surgery to remove the clots from her upper body, one of them very close to her heart. Gabor celebrated her 24th wedding anniversary to von Anhalt — her ninth husband — in hospital on August 14. She has starred in over 30 Hollywood films, including John Huston’s 1952 Moulin Rouge and the 1958 film noir Touch of Evil by Orson Welles.

Naomi Campbell reveals a little too much at Venice Film Festival

When dressing to impress, Naomi Campbell has her choice of the world’s top designers, but even the most expensive clothing can’t help when a sudden gust of wind appears. The supermodel was left exposed when her skirt blew up as she arrived at her hotel in Venice. Her low-cut black sundress already left little to the imagination with cut-out panels showing her legs, but the wind lifted it even higher to expose her underwear in an unflattering moment as she headed into her exclusive hotel. She has been seen very rarely since her appearance at Charles Taylor’s war crimes trial at The Hague. She has since enjoyed a sunshine-filled break in Sardinia with her billionaire Russian boyfriend Vladimir Doronin, Leonardo DiCaprio and his Israeli model girlfriend Bar Refaeli. Naomi is in the Italian city for the annual film festival which opened yesterday.

Guy Ritchie’s young girlfriend bonds with Madonna’s children over dinner

It is not uncommon to see Madonna, her toy boy Jesus Luz and her children out together, so there is a little the superstar can say about the images of her ex-husband Guy Ritchie and his new girlfriend Jacqui Ainsley — who is 13 years Ritchie’s junior — enjoying a family dinner with her children Rocco and David while she looked quite at ease. Five-year-old David seems to have taken a liking to the pop queen’s 28-year-old replacement, and was seen clinging to her as they walked down the street. Once inside the restaurant, the little boy insisted on sitting on Jacqui’s lap throughout the meal. Ten-year-old Rocco looked equally charmed, and a smiling Richie looked happy to see his young girlfriend bonding with his children. It seemed the ink had barely dried on her divorce papers from Guy Ritchie when Madonna was seen playing happy families with the 23-year-old Luz, but even so, the images are bound to hurt the 52-year-old a little.

Richie and Ainsley went public with their relationship after she was spotted leaving his house in London after a sleepover in June.
