Chronicles launches new way to connect with customers in 2011
Chronicles Limited, a full-service document centre located in Upper Manor Park Plaza, last week launched a new online initiative just in time for 2011.
The three-pronged online strategy features a brand new website/blog combo, a Facebook page and Twitter profile. According to Chronicles managing director Kathy Lawson, the purpose of this initiative is to introduce an integrated marketing approach — both offline and online — to the business that will best serve its customer needs.
“It’s a new day at Chronicles where we are eager to go beyond traditional marketing venues and connect with our customers near and far. Our customers also want to know who we are and how we do business so this initiative is timely,” Lawson said.
The website is fully functional and emphasizes numerous ways to connect on each page as well as demonstrates the store’s capabilities. A convenient feature for customers is “the little green frog” that marks the spot where customers can upload their digital documents, she added.
Said Chronicles director Margaret Rose: “To be viable in the marketplace, businesses must offer more than a brick and mortar establishment and expand their borders so customers can gain immediate access to the information they want.”
