Tarrus Riley shoots Shaka Zulu Pickney

Singer Tarrus Riley recently completed the video for his latest single Shaka Zulu Pickney. Scenes for the video were shot in sections of Kingston including Half-Way-Tree, South Camp Road, the Kingston Waterfront, and Wickie Wackie in Bull Bay.

Directed by Storm Saulter, the concept of the video invokes the very powerful African ancestry that is still relevant in Jamaica today.

A number of entertainers came out to support the video shoot including TOK members Craigy T and Roshaun ‘Bay C’ Clarke (who produced the Shaka Zulu Pickney track), Konshens, Craig Jackson from Voice Mail and Junior X.

The video is set to be released in early February, in time for the Black History Month celebrations.
