Real Santa riding high
SANTA CRUZ, St Elizabeth – REAL Santa FC completed the first round of the St Elizabeth FA SE Sports World division two with a one per cent win record, following a 2-1 win over 100 Camp in their final Zone B game last week.
On Tuesday they continued their winning streak with a 2-0 win over FC Munro in the return game played at Munro. Kemar Froyze scored both goals.
The win puts the Oscar Bailey-coached team on 12 points from four wins. They have the best record in the eight-team competition scoring 11 goals with one against. They beat FC Munro 3-0 in their opening game and whipped Newell 4-0 in Santa Cruz earlier this month.
They are followed by Zone A leaders Middlesex YC who finished with seven points. They beat Woodlands 4-0, Cataboo FC 1-0, and drew 1-1 with Breadnut Walk YC.
