Rangers, Rocky Hill look to cement place in Arsenal Community League
Rangers and Rocky Hill will be seeking to consolidate their position atop of the 2011 Arsenal Community Football League in St Elizabeth tomorrow.
Rocky Hill, who are in fourth place will entertain Elim in the 2:00 pm encounter, while second-placed Rangers will take on Woodpecka in the feature game at 4:00 pm.
In last weekend’s games, Andre Berry scored in the 85th minute to give league leaders Arsenal a 1-0 win over Burnt Ground, while Young Brazil beat Housing by the same margin. Dwayne Roye scored for Brazil in the 65th minute.
On Sunday, July 3, Arsenal also whipped Rocky Hill 4-2, courtesy of a hat-trick by Andrew Mitchell. Mitchell scored in the 40th, 68th and 85th minutes, while Kemar Smith got the other in time added on.
Arsenal lead the standing with 10 points, while Ranges are next on five points, with Brazil in third also on five and Rocky Hill in fourth place with four points.
