Necessary Luxury – Eva Lewis
Without a shadow of a doubt, my Digicel BlackBerry Bold is first on my list of necessary luxuries. I frankly cannot recall life without it. However did we manage? With daughters studying abroad, family in homeland St Lucia, not to mention work , it never leaves my sight or side! As a banker, staying on top of current events is a must. My iPad (when I can wrestle it away from my husband) ensures that I can quickly catch up on the day’s events any place, any time. My Sirius XM satellite car radio is constantly tuned to the Heart & Soul station; I am a Rhythm and Blues fanatic. My Prada sunglasses are next on the list, for our brilliant Jamaican sun and to hide the sometimes tired eyes! Last, but not least, a cashmere shawl is always in reach; one in the car, in the office, and at home, as I get cold very quickly. Of course that has nothing to do with my personality!
