LEADING soft drink manufacturer, Pepsi Jamaica, is now the official distributor of the Ocean Spray Juice brand. On Wednesday, September 19, the company will be making an official announcement of this new partnership with Ocean Spray, which carries an assortment of cranberry juices.

Pepsi Jamaica is happy to be on board with the Ocean Spray brand, as it still holds the highest rate of consumption in Jamaica of any other country.

“Cranberry juice being very rich in vitamins and polyphenol antioxidants is not only a refreshing beverage but also a healthy choice. Cranberry juice and in the variety of cranberry juice mixes made by Ocean Spray have become very popular in Jamaica over the years and Pepsi Jamaica is looking to take this brand to another level as a healthy lifestyle choice,” said Gustavo Flamenco, Commercial Director of Pepsi Cola Jamaica.

Ocean Spray is internationally known for being the most popular brand of cranberry juice, which can be part of a healthy lifestyle. For Pepsi Jamaica this partnership will amp up the promotion of healthy choices as the company will be distributing these products to the Jamaican retail market.

“We are looking forward to growing the Ocean Spray brand and will be using our already strong distribution network to assist this process,” Flamenco added.

With the recent upgrades and expansion made at the Pepsi plant, the company will be able to efficiently manage the Ocean Spray distributorship as well as the other beverages which fall under the company’s portfolio.
