Chris Brown; Love Triangle

It is official, Chris Brown had left his almost two year girlfriend Karrueche Tran.

He said this to E! News: “I have decided to be single to focus on my career. I love Karrueche very much, but I don’t want to see her hurt over my friendship with Rihanna. I’d rather be single, allowing us to both be happy in our lives.”

Brown went as far as to release a video on his Twitter page entitled The Real Chris Brown. He said: “I’m stressed out. You share a history with somebody, then you tend to fall in love with somebody else and it’s kind of difficult. Is there such a thing as loving two people? I don’t know if it’s possible, but I feel like that… I’m being real. I don’t want to hurt either… I’m not trying to be a player, I’m not trying be a dog, none of that. My moms raised me different… It’s too much sometimes.”

All of this was after Brown and Rihanna were seen at Jay Z’s concert in New York City. Also, a day earlier they were allegedly caught kissing in a nightclub in Manhattan.

In a previous interview with Oprah, Rihanna had mentioned that she will never get back together with Brown. She also stated that: “We love each other and we probably always will, and that’s not anything that we’re going to try to change… I can’t tell people how to feel about it. They’re entitled to feel angry because it wasn’t a good thing that happened, but I have forgiven him.”

Music Notes

Roscoe Dash Gets Credit

Do you guys remember when Roscoe Dash was claiming that he had helped to write music for Kanye West and Wale? That he did so and did not receive acknowledgement.

Well, he chose Twitter to be his forum in which to inform the masses.

According to bet.com, it was basically all a matter of miscommunication and poor memory.

Dash had this to say: “I felt like if there was some type of error, some typo or whatever, I felt like they should have reached out to me and let me know that. You know what I’m saying? So for me to get all hyped up because I knew the project was coming out and be like, ‘Aww man, I can’t wait to get home and support it’. For me to go support it and see that I wasn’t a part of it just made me feel some type of way. When I talked to him (Wale) about it, he said ‘I didn’t know you wrote it. If you wrote it then I’m gonna make sure you get what you need to get for it. When I said something about it, it wasn’t for the attention. It wasn’t for any type of publicity… it was really because I feel like there’s so many people who wanna do what we do and feel like they can do what we do and it’s easy… And they don’t really know half of the things we really go through so I just wanted to put that out there for them to see that first hand.”
