Everything’s just peachy: Katy Perry and John Mayer back in sync on date night

People Post

She has publicly stated that they were no longer an item, despite still being ‘madly in love with him’. But as they left The Waldorf Astoria on Monday looking confident and dressed for a glamorous evening out, Katy Perry and John Mayer looked very much back together. Mayer had arrived solo to attend the Friars Club Roast of Don Rickles but was secretly joined by Perry once they were both inside.

Mayer looked surprisingly suave and sophisticated, making a change from his usual scruffy attire, while Perry looked absolutely stunning in a peach-coloured satin gown which hugged her curvaceous figure. The pair certainly looked dressed for a very romantic date upon leaving the establishment late that evening.

On Sunday, the pair were seen enjoying another date night at the Greenwich Hotel and Bowery Hotel in New York. “They were very cuddly and cute,” a source revealed to E! News. “Katy definitely gave the impression that she and John are 100 per cent back together.

Rihanna responds with fury after she’s dubbed a ‘toxic pop princess’ by Liz Jones

Rihanna has launched a foul-mouthed personal attack on a Daily Mail writer after she was called a “toxic pop princess” in a recent article. In a lengthy message posted on her Twitter page, the singer insisted that Liz Jones’s criticism of her as a role model was entirely unfounded, because she has never aimed to set an example for young children. Rihanna also shared an unflattering picture of Jones before continuing with her rant.

She wrote: “If you sincerely wanna help little girls more than their own parents do, here’s a toxic tip: don’t be amateur with your articles, you sound bitter! What’s all this about hair and nails and costumes and tattoos?? That ain’t journalism! That’s a sad sloppy menopausal mess!!!”

Rihanna continued: “Nobody over here acts like they’re perfect! I don’t pretend that I’m like you, I just live… My life!! And I don’t know why y’all still act so surprised by any of it!! ‘Role Model’ is not a position or title that I have ever campaigned for!”

The singer’s astonishing post comes in response to Jones’s article, which criticised her mainly for her drug-taking following a series of Twitter pictures over the weekend featuring Rihanna smoking marijuana. Other points Jones raised included the singer’s overtly sexual dance moves and the fact that she rekindled her romance with Chris Brown after he was convicted of assaulting her in 2009.

Already forming a close sisterly bond: Selena Gomez overjoyed with newborn baby sibling

She gushed to her fans about her excitement after welcoming her baby sister into the world earlier this month. And it would seem that Selena Gomez has already formed a close sibling bond with adorable little Gracie Elliot Teefey. The 20-year-old actress and singer couldn’t keep the smile off of her face as she enjoyed a visit from her mother Mandy, step-dad Brian and her new baby sister during a lunch break in Malibu, California.

Evidently thrilled to be enjoying some quality time with her little sibling, the star appeared to be in her absolute element as she took some time out from a photo shoot for her Dream Out Loud clothing line. Selena was giggling away with delight as she cuddled up to Gracie, and looked absolutely besotted as she stared lovingly into her eyes. Lavishing attention on the newborn tot, the former Disney actress showered her sister with kisses; and after a tender few hours with her, the star seemed in no mood at all to head back to work, stopping for one last cuddle before dragging herself away.
