And surprisingly, the former Beverly Hills, 90210 star may not ask for a divorce, according to their sources. But on Sunday evening the reality star was spotted leaving Benihana restaurant in Encino without her wedding ring on. And though she had all four kids with her, there was no Dean in sight, according to E! The weekly offers details about the aftermath of the cheating news: the acting vet reportedly “had no idea” that her spouse had strayed while on a press trip to Toronto, Canada, in early December, and now the couple are “fighting non-stop”.

“Their arguments have gotten really bad,” added an insider. “Tori went nuts and has been saying she may leave him,” revealed one source. Another maintained, “The marriage isn’t over yet.” Still, the beauty, who is the daughter of the late TV producer Aaron Spelling, didn’t let the issue ruin Christmas. Sources have said that’s why she posted cute Christmas photos of her four kids — sons Liam, aged six, and Finn, aged 16 months, as well as daughters Stella, aged five, and Hattie, aged two — to her blog with the caption that she is “so grateful”. The marriage reportedly hit a wall when it was alleged last week that the former hunk slept with Emily after an alcohol-fuelled evening in Toronto on December 6.

One Direction’s Midnight Memories was the biggest-selling artiste album of 2013. The sophomore record from the pop band received a late surge in sales to secure its place at the top of the end-of-year chart, according to the Official Charts Company.

Midnight Memories racked up almost 700,000 sales in just five weeks since it’s release on November 25th.

Upon hearing the news, band member Liam Payne said: “This tops an amazing year for us! We’re so excited to have the biggest-selling album in the UK this year, especially with a record we are all so proud of. “We’d like to thank everyone who has bought the album, it really means a lot to us.”

The band’s third album beat Emeli Sande’s debut Our Version Of Events — which was actually released in 2012 — in the last week of December. Sandé’s LP dropped behind One Direction’s with sales of 683,000 copies, but has sold 2.07 million copies to date. According to the Official Charts Company’s final sales data of 2013, Midnight Memories hit the top spot with 685,000 sales.

‘I don’t want to be Rihanna…’

She made her eagerly awaited pop comeback this year after several years away from the music industry.

And now Lily Allen has insisted that with her comeback comes a new outlook on life — a more mature way of looking at things. Lily, 28, made the admission as she stripped and posed in a bathtub for a racy new shoot in Esquire magazine.

Explaining that her aim nowadays is not to fuel her ‘celebrity’ status but simply to focus on her music, Lily said: “I feel very lucky. I couldn’t ask for much more, really. And actually I’m not really asking for much more. I’m not trying to take over the world here. “I don’t want to be Rihanna. I want to sell some records, sell some tickets to my shows and live my life.”

Lily also opened up about the real reasons behind her early retirement from the business, insisting she simply grew tired of the showbiz scene.She said: “I was at the end of my tether. I’d had enough of people constantly hacking at me. And I think once you’re exhausted physically and mentally, it does get you down.” The mother-of-two also added that it was the ‘persecution’ she felt from her so-called celebrity friends that prompted her to take a break. She said: “I thought the people in that showbiz circle were my friends. But almost the second I got pregnant and I wasn’t able to go out and party, they were suddenly quite nasty.”
