What is climate Change?
With the recent drought from which the country is just starting to show signs of recovery, a lot of attention has been focused on climate change lately. We have experienced firsthand the negative implications of extreme temperatures over extended periods of time.
Unfortunately, most teenagers only think about climate change as a distant topic covered in Geography class, and do not think it affects them directly.

Climate change to me was once that set atmosphere, a particular geographical location would have for an extended period of time. Now, I have seen where it is changing rapidly by the activities of man. It is causing stress on the human race and other life forms because the conditions are not constant anymore.

Climate change is a shift in the weather pattern over an extended period of time. These changes can be influenced by human activity. An example is the Greenhouse effect, which is caused by CFCs and other industrial waste gases.

In my opinion, the climate immensely changes due to the topography of the land, and the vast amount of Greenhouse gases that deplete the ozone layer, and because of the deterioration of the environment on a regular basis through anthropogenic behaviour.
