MONTEGO BAY, St James — Seba FC will this afternoon seek to rebound from a surprise loss to promoted Heights FC when they take on struggling Montego Bay United Under-21 at Jarrett Park, at 4:00 pm.
In two other games, Melbourne FC and Little Miami will meet at Montego Bay Community College, while Norwood Strikers and Heights FC clash at the UDC field. Both games start at 3:30 pm.
Reggae Youths lead the points table with 10 points, followed by Marl Road FC on seven; Catherine Hall and Seba FC are on six points, Lilliput Rovers on five; with Melbourne FC, Little Miami and Heights all on four points; Norwood Strikers and Salt Spring Roses, Montego Bay United Under-21 on two each, while Fogo United are yet to get off the mark.
On Saturday, Fogo United and Lilliput Rovers will meet in a rescheduled game at the UDC Field.
Today, Seba FC will seek to make amends when they face a MBU Under-21 team that has earned a single point from three starts and have conceded six goals in the process.
Seba FC had won their first two games before being ambushed by the promoted Heights FC team at Jarrett Park, and will hope Asorni Binger and Chrysal Watkins are up to the task of getting them past the young MBU Under-21 team.
Heights FC backed up their win over Seba with a hard-fought extra-time win over Club Stars in the knockout and will hope to continue winning when they face Norwood Strikers, who are yet to win a game in the Senior League since being demoted from the Western Confederation Super League last season.
Norwood have drawn two games and lost another.
At Montego Bay Community College, Melbourne FC and Little Miami, both on four points each and separated by only goal difference, will be hunting a second victory.
Melbourne FC drew their most recent game in the Senior League while Little Miami were beaten by leaders Reggae Youths.
