With constant tweaking of its menu to ensure diner satisfaction, Marguerite’s has kept pace with customer taste and preferences. That responsibility now rests squarely on the shoulders of executive chef Cecil Jagdath, who assured us that he is up to the challenge.

Jagdath’s culinary journey began more than 20 years ago and lists culinary tours in London, France and America; he is also skilled in Asian cuisine and blends all this with Jamaican twists and flavours.
