PCL Update: Scorpions reach 32-1 vs Volcanoes at drinks break
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica Scorpions were 32-1 against Windward Islands Volcanoes at the first drink-break on day one of the Professional Cricket League match at Sabina Park on Friday.
The hosts, who won the toss and batted first, lost captain Paul Palmer in the first over for zero after he edged to Liam Sebastien at second slip off the bowling of pacer Mervin Matthew.
Palmer’s fellow opener John Campbell was not out on 18, while Kirk Edwards was on 10.
