THE Honda brand continued its reign as Jamaica’s number one premium Japanese car brand with a 30 per cent growth in sales, when compared to calendar year 2014.

Six hundred and thirty-eight vehicles sold in 2015 versus 434 in 2014.

Sam McKenzie, head of business for Honda Jamaica, stands by the fact that Jamaicans continue to love and support Honda due to its reliability and functionality of the vehicles, as well as having the best resale value.

ATL Automotive, the authorised dealer for Honda, currently carries six models of the Honda brand — Fit, City, Civic, Accord, CRV and HRV. The CRV remained the top-selling-model and SUV with 364 units sold in 2015 while the new Honda Renaissance Vehicle (HRV), the CRV’s sibling which made its debut in May, sold an impressive 128 units.
