teenAGE Style Guide for YVAs 2016: Part 2
Thristan is wearing a sexy black sheer bodycon dress from Roya’s Fashion that highlights elegance with a little bit of flirty. The red Aquazzura inspired heels add a pop of colour to the outfit and go hand in hand with Thristan’s red lippie.

teenAGE Style Guide for YVAs 2016: Part 2

With the epic night planned by the Youth View Awards (YVAs) only a few weeks away (February 20), the need to find the perfect red carpet ready look is building steadily.

But not to worry; for a second week, the teenAGE Observer has you in mind. teenAGE visited two more stores this week with the hope of finding the ideal outfit: one that is classy enough to rock the runway but also comfortable enough to dance the night away.

This week, the teenAGE lifestyle team visited Roya’s Fashion and Di Trends, both at Bargain Mall, Clock Tower Plaza, Half-Way-Tree. Di Trends (also located in Mandeville and Montego Bay) offers the trendy male looks to fit your YVAs needs, while Roya’s Fashion is the perfect place to visit to bring out your inner princess, as they stock an array of styles to fit your young, hot and hype image.

Di Trends brings to you the classic male look, but with an edge; the rustic layout of their showroom appeals to masculinity while the high fashion and well-tailored designs keep you in tune with your trendier self.

Roya’s Fashion, on the other hand, greets you with a sophisticated elegance, assuring that whatever you are looking for is right there on the hangers. On Roya’s shelves are looks fit for every occasion and every personality, so there is no denying that your perfect YVAs look is there waiting for you.

Di Trends can be contacted at 876-572-1910/876-402-0336 and Roya’s Fashion at 876-355-3378. Stay with

teenAGE as we try to help you find the right fit, to party the night away with Pia Mia at the YVAs on February 20, 2016. Also, remember to visit www.jamaicaobserver.com/teenage daily for beauty and style tips ideal for the epic night that is to come.

This simple look could rule the YVAs
All accessories worn by Akeem are available at Di Trends
This black on black ensemble is definitely for someone who wants to be in touch with their trendier side. The black, satin-like floral blazer screams class and sophistication, while still whispering a relaxed appeal.
This gorgeous, tailored-to-fit jumpsuit that Thristan is wearing, is classical elegant. One can never go wrong with a tailored fit, with just a splash of fun and flirty, as the top and half is a gold-sequinned design with a plunging neckline. This look offers the buyer the best of both worlds, a balance between elegant and edgy.
Akeem is rocking his red-carpet-ready fit from Di Trends. He is seen here in a burgundy and navy blue blazer with a sparkling white shirt with blue accents. This has being paired with pants of the same shade as the twill collar of the blazer. The twill collar of the blazer and dark hues of the outfit will definitely make a statement as it is hip and in tune with fall/winter trends.
With a bejeweled cuff at its wrist, this beautiful and versatile dress demands no accessories, except maybe a simple silver ear cuff, available in store.
This look is paired with a pair of simple, single-strap stilettos as the attention is centred on the jumpsuit. No excess jewellery is required to complete this look.
