Jamaican, Dominican being hunted in Antigua
ST JOHN’S, Antigua (CMC) — The National Drug and Money Laundering Control Policy (ONDCP) says it searching for two foreigners considered “armed and dangerous” following a multi-billion dollar drug bust earlier this month.
Head of the ONDCP Colonel Edward Croft said that the authorities were searching for Dominican-born Darion Anthony Nicholas, 37, and 39-year-old Vincent Anthony Anglin of Jamaica.
On February 15, the ONDCP conducted an operation here seizing an estimated 2,493 pounds of marijuana, 50 rounds of 9mm ammunition and a small vessel. The drug had a street value of EC$9.9 million (One EC dollar =US$0.37 cents).
The ONDCP said both Nicholas and Anglin are considered to be armed and dangerous and are asking residents to immediately report any sightings of them.
