A defaced billboard for the People’s National Party’s Anthony Hylton is seen in his St Andrew Western constituency on Tuesday. Hylton will go up against the Jamaica Labour Party’s Trevor Webb in today’s general election. He whipped the JLP’s Duhaney George in the 2011 General Election, polling a total of 9,379 votes to George’s 4,229. But many people complain about his poor stewardship in the constituency. They said hardly anything has been done to address the issue of bad roads in the constituency. (Photo: Garfield Robinson)
