Hello Mandeville!

Sutherland Global Services is pleased to make Mandeville home of our third and largest Service Delivery Centre in Jamaica. Since we began operations in late 2015, we have received an overwhelming and warm welcome from the entire community, particularly from the Manchester Chamber of Commerce and the people of Mandeville.

It is no accident that we are here in Mandeville. At Sutherland, our 4C’s approach to investment means we seek to make an impact wherever we go, by aligning the interests of the Community, the Country, our Clients and our Company. In the case of Mandeville, we took a strategic decision to invest because we recognize the abundant talent and the need for jobs but also because we saw the strength of the community and it’s civic, academic and business institutions.

We are striving toward becoming the Employer of Choice in Jamaica and in Mandeville we will continue to work with the MCC, the Northern Caribbean University and our other partners to offer employment opportunities, especially to tertiary level students under our Sutherland University Model. At capacity, we will employ 2,000 persons from Mandeville and surrounding communities.

As we deepen our roots in Manchester, we look forward to playing our part as a good corporate citizen, cognizant of our role in restoring the economic health of our new home, Mandeville.
