Huntah scores with
Two years of relentless recording have paid off for Huntah, who teams with singer Lukie D on the song Queen Over Your Life.
The Clarendon-born deejay, whose real name is Dewayne Jones, called the shots on Queen Over Your Life which he produced for his Huntah Records.
“I’m very pleased with the support that this song is getting. It’s been out two months now, and it’s receiving tremendous airplay,” he said.
Huntah is promoting two other singles: Facebook featuring Lion and the self-produced Alkibulan. He is currently compiling songs for a seven-song EP.
A past student of Clarendon College, Huntah began his career in 2001 after moving from his home parish to Kingston.
After years of recording for different producers, he got the breakthrough in 2014 with the self-produced Will You Remember Me featuring Ghost.
