Rain Or Shine, TSO Shoppers Hit The Town

The deluge last Thursday afternoon left Kingston and St Andrew with flooded streets, but the tempestuous weather did not prevent bargain hunters and shopping enthusiasts from turning out in their numbers for The Jamaica Observer Takes Style Out (TSO) one-night sales event. Observer photographer Kenyon Hemans hit the plazas of Manor Park and further along Constant Spring Road in St Andrew and checked in at those browsing the racks and ringing up purchases.
