Drinks truck overturns on North Coast Highway

PORTLAND, Jamaica — A truck travelling along the Orange Bay main road in Portland met in an accident this morning, however OBSERVER ONLINE is still unsure how many people were hurt in the crash.

The driver and other injured people were taken to the Annotto Bay Hospital.

Reports are that the truck, which was carrying Busta drinks, was travelling easterly when it ran over a culvert.

Police are reportedly on the scene securing the goods and the remains of the truck.
