Family matters keep Fetty home

There was just one no-show at Saturday’s Shaggy and Friends concert held on the lawns of Jamaica House in St Andrew.

American hip hop artiste Fetty Wap had to remain in the United States on the weekend to be with his ex-girlfriend Alexis Skyy, who gave birth to daughter Alaiya on Thursday. The baby was born three months premature. Shaggy made the announcement during the show which benefits the Bustamante Hospital for Children.

According to Internet reports, the baby girl was born in Atlanta and was placed in an incubator, as she weighed just over 1 pound.

Shaggy had noted that Fetty Wap, known for tracks including Trap Queen, heard of the biennial concert and volunteered his service to be on the show since it was for a worthy cause.

This is Fetty’s fourth child.
