PHOTO: Caring for the elderly

Volunteers from the Association of Businesspersons comb the hair of two elderly women at the Sector E of the Golden Age Home in Vineyard Town in Kingston on Wednesday — Labour Day. The association and its affiliate social partners Unite Jamaica People and Church Women United collaborated to interact with residents and refurbish a residence at the home. Residents of the home included 106-year-old Esmie Mitchell who participated and members of the Labour Day team. The association said the Russian Embassy in Kingston among the sponsors who contributed to making the day a success.
