Weather forecast: Tropical wave to move across Ja today
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Meteorological (Met) Service of Jamaica says a tropical wave is expected to move across the island today.
However, the presence of the Saharan Dust continues to limit rainfall activity.
The Met Service also said a low level jet stream is across the central Caribbean and will enhance the windy conditions especially along the south coast.
This morning is expected to be mainly sunny, hazy and windy, while possible isolated showers should be expected across mainly hilly interior sections of western parishes this afternoon. Windy conditions are expected along southern coastal areas.
Tonight should be mainly fair.
