New JAS president takes office today

KINGSTON Jamaica —The Jamaica Agricultural Society (JAS) first board meeting of newly elected president, board members and reinstated members will take place today, September 5.

Former President Norman Grant and his team, will today, officially hand over to the elected president Lenworth Fulton and vice presidents Denton Alveranga and Owen Dobson.

Fulton is a graduate of the Jamaica School of Agriculture (now College of Agriculture, Science and Education) and Tuskegee University in the United States.
