Gas prices down $2.47, diesel down $1.84
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline and diesel, effective Thursday, November 8, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
87- and 90-octane gasoline will be sold for $133.48 and $136.32 per litre, respectively, down by $2.47 each.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $141.87 per litre following a decrease of $1.84 while ultra-low sulphur diesel is down by 1.92, and will be sold for $146.30 per litre.
Meanwhile, kerosene decreased in price by $2.08 and will be sold for $120.83 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $50.76 per litre, down by $1.56 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $57.74 per litre after a decrease of $0.27.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
