Trend Media Group, the digital media sales house owned by Digicel Group, has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Muse 360 Integrated Ltd to acquire a 10 per cent stake in its subsidiary.

The notice which was posted on the Jamaica Stock Exchange yesterday, did not reveal the name of the subsidiary. However, the company is said to provide content creation, aggregation and distribution services for Trend Media.

The agreement between the two companies was signed on Monday, January 14, 2019.

Muse is a portfolio company of listed firm SSL Venture Capital Jamaica. Its services span creative development, project management, design, film production, photography, radio production and events management.

Established in 2014, Trend Media is a pan-Caribbean digital media sales house that is headquartered in Jamaica. As the publisher of LoopNews, Trend Media seeks to attract and engage audiences across the region through its multi-platform media business.
