Jimmy Cliff’s Best of Jimmy Cliff returns to Billboard
KINGSTON, Jamaica— International reggae artiste Jimmy Cliff, who died last week, has returned to the Billboard Reggae Albums chart.
The famed singer re-enters the chart at #8 with Best of Jimmy Cliff (Island/A&M/Hip-O/UMe). The album was last on the chart in July 2017, when it peaked at #7.
The set features a collection of the iconic singer’s biggest hits, including You Can Get it If You Really Want, Vietnam, Trapped, Many Rivers to Cross, Wonderful World, Beautiful People, Sitting in Limbo and The Harder They Come.
Best of Jimmy Cliff is the first appearance on the chart for the Rebel in Me singer since Follow My Mind debuted and peaked at #10 in December 2022.
To date, Jimmy Cliff has logged eight entries on the reggae chart.
