Curfew imposed in Bull Bay
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A curfew has been imposed in sections of the Kingston Eastern Police Division. The curfew began at 6:00 pm on Friday, February 1 and will remain in effect until 6:00 p.m., on Saturday, February 2 in the Bull Bay area, the police have reported.
The boundaries of the curfew are as follows:
NORTH: Along sections of the Jamaica Gypsum Quarries haul road from the Chalky River to a point along the haul road at the eastern boundary;
EAST: Along sections of the Jamaica Gypsum Quarries haul road onto the course of the Bull Park River continuing across the St Thomas main road to the foot path SOUTH: From the foot path along the said Bull Park River to the confluence with the Chalky River;
WEST: From the points of the confluence of the Bull Park river and the Chalky River to the northern boundary.
During the hours of the curfew individuals within the boundaries are required to remain within their premises unless otherwise authorized in writing by the ground commander, the police cautioned.
