GRENOBLE, France — Head coach Hue Menzies has once again made four changes to his Reggae Girlz team for their final Group C game against Australia as they seek to extend their debut campaign here at the Fifa Women’s World Cup.

Menzies has taken out goalkeeper Sydney Schneider, holding midfielder Havana Solaun, winger Olufolasade Adamolekun and Chinyelu Asher for this win-or-go home contest against the Matildas at Stade des Alpes today at 9:00 pm (2:00 pm Jamaica time).

The starting line up will see Nicole McClure now taking up the position between the sticks, shadowed by captain Konya Plummer, Allyson Swaby, Deneisha Blackwood and Sashana Campbell.

Toriana Patterson has been inserted in the holding midfield position beside Chantelle Swaby with prolific striker Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw set to take up a familiar post as an attacking midfielder.

This means Cheyna Matthews will play the centre forward role, flanked by Mireya Grey and Tiffany Cameron on the left and right respectively in the customary 4-3-3 formation.

Despite being of the foot of the group without a point, the Reggae Girlz stand a marginal chance of progressing to the Round of 16, but to do so, they would have to beat Australia (three points) by five or more clear goals to snap up at least one of the best four third place spots. Group leaders Italy (six points) and second-placed Brazil (three points) will do battle in the other group game.

The Girlz current position is by virtue of their 0-3 and 0-5 loss to both Brazil and Italy.
