Extended closure at NWC Marescaux Road customer service office

KINGSTON, Jamaica — The National Water Commission’s (NWC) is advising that its customer service office at Marescaux Road in St Andrew will remain closed until the end of Tuesday, October 8, as remedial works being effected continue.

According to NWC, the customer service office is now slated to reopen for regular business at 8:30 am on Wednesday, October 10, and all other departments will continue to maintain their normal operating hours.

However, NWC said that despite the closure the company will make every effort to accommodate urgent customer contacts that require visiting the NWC office.

In addition, NWC said arrangements have been made for the processing of applications for new supply and reconnection requests.

People with customer queries may contact the NWC Call Centre at 888-225-5692, by emailing customercare@nwc.com.jm or access any of the following online platforms.

Meanwhile, customers wishing to make payments are encouraged to utilise any NWC office closest to them or any of the various bill payment agencies or online banking platforms.
