FLOW responds
Dear Editor,
We write in response to the letter to the editor titled ‘Slow FLOW has consequences for consumers’, which was published in your newspaper on Friday, September 27, 2019.
We regret the inconvenience that the extended loss of service has caused Mr Duncan Soares and customers within the vicinity of Hope Bay, Portland.
As a company, we have been grappling with the impact of vandalism on our network in Portland and several other parishes in Jamaica. When vandals attack, no one wins. We therefore encourage customers to report vandals to the police or call our Security Operations Centre at 876-922-HELP (4357).
Our team has contacted Mr Soares, restored his service, and the relevant rebates have since been provided.
We value the relationship with our customers and will continue to provide best-in-class services to meet their needs.
To make contact with us, customers may also send an e-mail to customerfirst@cwc.com or connectwithflow@cwc.com.
