Delays likely along Constant Spring Road this afternoon — NWA
KINGSTON, Jamaica — National Works Agency (NWA) is advising motorists to brace for likely delays this afternoon along the section of Constant Spring Road, near the Ministry of Justice building, as the corridor has been reduced to single lane.
NWA Communication and Customer Services Manager, Stephen Shaw, said that a broken water main in the area is likely to contribute to traffic snarls in the area.
Shaw advised that people heading from the direction of Half Way Tree towards Dunrobin Avenue or Manor Park, to plan their routes in order to reduce the impact of the works now taking place.
He added that work is ongoing to have the pipeline repaired as soon as possible in order to return the traffic flow to normality.
