Versatile Jamaican lyricist Royal Blu today shares his first single of 2021 in Divine Timing out now on all DSPs from Delicious Vinyl Island.

The release is also accompanied by an official music video, directed by Krusha. A smooth and sultry track that expresses the passion and synchronicity between romantic partners, the Yo Christon-produced single sets the mood for lovers at play with its mid-tempo dancehall rhythm. Divine Timing is the lead single and title track from an upcoming EP by the same name set to feature appearances from Protoje, Quada, and Runkus and production by JLL, King Taj, and Yo Christon.

“The Divine Timing project is really just about alignment,” Royal Blu says. “Right time, right place. Music, personal life, the world, everything just being balanced and working together to create a moment.”

Divine Timing follows a standout 2020 for Royal Blu highlighted by the release of his No Suppressor mixtape with DJ/tastemaker The Stamma. He also dropped the highly-regarded single “WYD” and turned in a powerful appearance alongside Runkus, Jesse Royal, Kabaka Pyramid, and Munga Honorable on “5Gs,” an all-star track recognized by Pandora and LargeUp.com as one of 2020’s top reggae/dancehall singles.

Divine Timing  is Royal Blu’s second EP and his first since aligning with Delicious Vinyl Island, the new Caribbean music imprint from LA’s Delicious Vinyl, one of the most successful and identifiable hip-hop labels of all time.
