Big Up, Nestlé!
The oftentimes forgotten city of Port Royal came alive Friday, April 22, as Nestlé through its corporate and affiliate brands pumped some energy into the community with a Nestlé Invasion activity geared towards giving back to those nearest and dearest to them…the consumers. The Milo truck was on hand with music and copious amounts of both hot and cold Milo while the community vendors were also present with a wide array of food options. The menu for the evening’s activity consisted of jerk pork, jerk chicken, seafood options and a variety of soups all seasoned with their favourite brand Maggi. While all the Maggi skus were on display the star attractions were the Maggi Wet Jerk Seasoning (mild and spicy) and the Maggi Hot pepper sauces.
There were many grateful faces as the Nestlé team outfitted the park with activities, prizes and games galore for both adults and children alike. As the evening progressed, there were whispers of “Nuhbody never do this for us yet” and “People always forget Port Royal, especially after COVID, so this is really a nice treat. Big up, Nestlé.”
