Big up, KingAlarm security at Hospiten, MoBay
Dear Editor,
In a time of poor service it is a blessing it find great excellent care service from some young men.
On Sunday July 17, 2022, between midday and 1:00 pm this was my experience which I want to share with the world.
I had a patient who was given an urgent referral to get a certain procedure done and was recommended to the Hospiten location in Montego Bay. Being it was our first time on the property we drove to the big entrance, where I dropped off the patient and proceeded to the parking area. Upon parking and was about to exit the vehicle the patient came out quite upset. I proceeded to question the situation. The report was he met an uncaring “human robot”, who response was only: “Do you have an appointment?
His response was he tried to explain and present the referral, but the “human robot” refused to show care. The pain and disappointment was so strong in the patient.
While driving out, thinking that this location should be a place of care, I chose to voice my dissatisfaction about the customer care to the men in white at the gate, and they rescued the day.
They all apologised for the service and one of these fine men became our personal help. He took us to the emergency area and explained that this was where we should have gone — and not through the fine glass door.
This KingAlarm personnel so graciously helped us get the urgent help needed.
Although we did not get through at Hospiten, we left feeling encouraged that there are still great men who knows how to show real care.
Thank you, KingAlarm security for your help. We have regained hope.
