Fireworks @ Zimi Seh Riva

His latest Zimi Seh Riva staging has earned Nicholas “Zimi” Mahfood and his Zimi Entertainment team bragging rights for being one of the top promoters on the local party scene. And on Sunday, July 17, first-timers and faithfuls alike followed Mahfood to the Tru-Juice River, Bog Walk, St Catherine, for what many are describing as his best river party yet.

Once Zimi Seh Riva-branded cups were secured, patrons had the option of filling them up with complimentary coconut water or Happy Ice sno cones. They also had the benefit of drinking whatever they had brought to the cooler fête. The food court was an instant hit, with pasta offerings from KraftHeinz and Barilla, jerk chicken from Walkerswood Caribbean Foods, and Jamaican favourites from the Rainforest Riva Hut.

The Tru-Juice fans — issued on arrival to the venue — were used to generate breeze as eager attendees manoeuvred the crowd to find the perfect party spot. That out the way, it was time to party! And the line-up of DJs — Chromatic, A Team, Laing D, and Nico Lee — made sure it was the party of their lives. Non-stop jugglings took the party beyond its scheduled cut-off time, with a fireworks display wrapping the event, even while partygoers begged for more.
