SO2 – August 28
Finally…
First of its kind
There’s always good news whenever SO2 catches up with the multi-hyphenate Tanya Taylor. She’s in from Los Angeles where she is now based for the screening of her short film Winston which took place Friday last at the AC Hotel. Taylor shared her latest project as the showrunner and director of a new series coming to Fuse TV called Upcycle Nation. “It’s the first of its kind focussing solely on creating new and unique clothing from discarded, thrifted or donated items”, she gushed.
The host is American actress and model Karrueche Tran. She’s joined in judging the upcyclers by designer and creative director Jérôme Lamaar and upcycle guru Peder Cho.
