Market Sales & Events

A senior manager of the Jamaica Stock Exchange Limited (JSE) purchased 2,658 shares on November 30 while a director bought 8,892 shares for a consideration of $134,269.20 between December 21 to 22. A connected party of PanJam Investment Limited sold 84,716 shares to a director at $57.50 for a consideration of $4.87 million on December 8. A connected party of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited purchased 699,481 shares for a consideration of $20.98 million on December 16 while another connected party purchased 4,299,900 shares at $29 for a consideration of $124.70 million on December 21. A related entity of Supreme Ventures Limited sold 638,848 shares to a director between December 16 to 23. A connected party of Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited purchased 227,065 shares at $13.50 for a consideration of $3.07 million on December 19 while another connected party purchased 108,844 shares for a consideration of $1.45 million on December 20. A connected party of Future Energy Source Company Limited (Fesco) sold 10,000,000 shares at $4.80 on December 20 as part of an incentive plan for Fesco service station dealers and employees. A connected party of Mayberry Investments Limited purchased 4,958 shares on December 20 and 30,872 shares at $8.15 on December 21. The trustee of the Sagicor long-term incentive plan sold 223,567 shares of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) to an officer for a consideration of $10.65 million on December 22. An executive of SJ sold 39,694 shares on December 20.

Medical Disposables and Supplies Limited has declared a final dividend of $0.09 to be paid on January 30 to shareholders on record as of January 6. This payment totals $23.68 million.

138 Student Living Limited has declared its first ordinary dividend of $0.13 to be paid on February 23 to shareholders on record as of January 6. This payment totals $53.89 million.

The Limners and Bards Limited will consider a dividend payment at its board meeting today.

The Caribbean Information and Credit Rating Services Limited (Caricris) has reaffirmed New Fortress Energy South Power Holdings Limited’s ‘high’ (CariAA) rating.
