MIMOSA Sunday Brunch

Thursday Food RSVP’d ‘yes’ to Mimosa Sunday Brunch at Zest, the culinary melting pot, located inside the chic west end boutique hotel The Cliff in Negril.

The luxurious five-acre bluff overlooking the Caribbean Sea made for the perfect location for food enthusiasts and chill seekers to enjoy culinary delights and an easy Sunday vibe.

The impressive menu options included seafood options Escoveitch Black Snapper and Shrimp Rundown. Themed as Hen House options were Butter Chicken and Chef’s Fried Chicken. Meat options included Appleton Braised Oxtail, Mojo Roasted Pork Shoulder and Carving Station options included Honey Roasted Ham and Jerk Brined Turkey. Other offerings were an omelette station, dessert station, salads, sides, fruits, breads, fresh juices, teas and coffee station.

Plus, bottomless mimosas and an impressive grazing board. A bonus was a pop-up station from popular gourmet paletas spot, Chill Pops, from Negril.

“This is the first of our intimate brunch series and it reflects the experience we wish patrons to enjoy notably to mingle in a beautiful, relaxed setting and enjoy a gourmet experience. Zest offers Mediterranean and Jamaican-infused dishes and we expanded on those creations to add a change of pace for the day,” explained Yanique Thomas, weddings and events manager, The Cliff Hotel.

“Ultimately, we want our guests to remember the food, the music, the exclusivity of the atmosphere, the new connections that they make and at the end we want them to ask… When next?

“Our team was very excited in putting this together and the plan is to make each staging as fresh and interesting as possible,” Thomas added.

Guess who has already made reservations for the next!

Save The Date!!!! Sunday, July 2 for the Aqua Edition, a chic poolside brunch with specials on the room so you can make a weekend of it.
